I would like to talk about an application in this blog post. It’s an app you’re probably familiar with. The name is “Wattpad”, so what is Wattpad?
It is a platform where readers and writers meet. where readers can embark on new adventures according to their interests and where writers can easily publish their articles.
My purpose in writing this article is to talk about the positive and negative thoughts about the Wattpad platform and the bad prejudices against the platform, but the main reason that pushes me to this is that there are many Wattpad users around me, and those who embrace the books that came out of this platform with love and support.
The presence of people from all walks of life causes different content to be born there. It’s good that anyone can access, write or read something, but this can have dire consequences.
Even writers who want to publish their books there are considering if they should publish or not.
Many more like this, lots of people who hesitated to publish but eventually built a big family there.
I’m not totally defending the platform, but people should be left alone and there are people who spend time there, hug the books that come out of it, and maybe find themselves in some articles. You can hate something, but just because you hate it isn’t bad for everyone. I am writing because I have come across it many times, there may be those who think otherwise, and we should act accordingly.
It’s okay to share without offending people, but we can’t interfere with their tastes and loved ones, and we can’t judge it harshly.
