Building materials for upgrades at the resort, such as sustainable wood and paints, are carefully chosen with the environment in mind. The resort participates in composting and recycling programs to minimize waste. The staff relies on natural cleaning supplies for the health of guests and the planet. The Inn also invests in bio-diesel fueled trucks for transporting goods.

The sustainability aspects of the resort hum along in the background of this luxury destination. These activities include a full range of massage services, outrigger canoes and bicycles, guided river tours, wildlife viewing, yoga, meditation and even breathwork sessions. The wellness center also offers “acupuncture, acupressure, moxa, cupping, individualized herbal formulations, tai ji (tai chi) instruction and health consultations.”

Furthermore, artists of any level are welcome to join a creative playshop where they can explore different art mediums such as painting, drawing and collage.
